Shipping Policy
Our candles are made fresh when you order them. Once your payment is received, we will get to work hand crafting your candles to fit your order. It may take up to two weeks to receive your candles.
During peak periods, this time frame may be a little longer. If you are concerned about having the candles by a certain date, please contact us before ordering to ensure we can fill your order in time.
Return Policy
Because we offer samples of all our candles, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not totally in love with your Sandy Creek Candle Company soy candle, return it to us and we will give you store credit for the full amount of your purchase.
Here are the rules for returns:
1. Candle must be unlit and returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Candle must be on its way back within 15 days of the date it was delivered.
3. Sorry, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. You are responsible for packaging the candle for a safe return.

Privacy Policy
In the normal course of doing business, Sandy Creek Candle Company will ask for some personal and/or financial information in order to complete a sale. This information is kept only for the use of processing and fulfilling your order. We will not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise use your information. The only exception to this policy is if you have checked the newsletter box on the registration page. In that case your name and email address will be used to keep track and send various news, coupons, and product updates to you. If you have signed up for our newsletter and at any time would like to remove yourself from our list, you may either uncheck the box in your account profile or send us an email requesting to be removed from the list.
