Paraffin wax is petroleum-based and contains 11 carcinogens? Soy wax is vegetable-based and is all natural.
Sandy Creek Candle Co. does NOT use a soy blend or any additives in our soy wax. It is 100% soy and is kosher. We also use natural wicks for a better, cleaner burn. The only thing added to your candle is the fragrance oil used to create the luscious scents our candles are known for.
Many customers have asked about the safety of using the warm soy wax as a skin moisturizer, also known as a "body candle". All of our essential oil candles are body safe. Most of our other fragrances are also body-safe. Please check our Scent Description page to determine those fragrances which are not body-safe prior to using any of our candles as a moisturizer.
We also offer unscented candles in each type of container. Please choose Unscented from the scent list when making your candle selection.
